I'm really gonna try to keep up with these posts again! I'm hoping to use this to help my photography move up a level or 2! ;) Because I am no where near some of these other photographers.

This was one of my first shots taken with my new Canon 50mm 1.8 lens, I have some work to do on getting the focus just right!

Never Forget 9-11

I was at home still asleep, working the evening shift that day. Scott was at work, when I got a call from my dad telling me to turn on the TV. I sat and watched in disbelief.

I will never forget the tragedy and panic this nation felt as a whole. My heart goes out to those lives lost, the families who lost loved ones and those fighting for our freedom.

Quinn with his older brother (1/2 brother) Ian. He loves spending time with them both and LOVES to have them read to him. Here they are last summer enjoying a classic, Green Eggs & Ham!

Wordless Wednesday, a bit late.

I woke with a migraine this morning so wasn't much into staring at a computer screen. But here is my pic for the week. We went to a great end of summer bash called The Bissell Bash on Saturday night and it was a blast!
